C4B Social Service Committee is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting community empowerment, sustainable development, and participatory governance across rural and urban regions of Chhattisgarh and India.
We believe development doesn’t just come from executing government schemes—it comes from empowering people to understand their rights, responsibilities, and resources, so they can actively shape the future of their villages, communities, and districts.
